- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★There are many, many maple syrup shops North East of Quebec city. We found this nice little farm with a little shop that sells their own product as well as a few exotics that are made in the area. The exotic we tried was a cranberry/maple blend, which was great. We also brought back several bottles of the maple syrup and caramelized syrup that were gathered and processed right there. The owner is a very nice lady who does not mind speaking English.
